The Lions and Lilies is a small re-enactment group who display the colour and pageantry of the Kingdom of Edward III with a new twist for the modern spectator. We offer a series of short mini displays that utilise the individual talents of the members at the show, and are targeted to the individual show itself and the specific event. We try to be accurate of our displays, but our overall aim is to provide family entertainment for all visitors from 1-101 and beyond!

 

 

 

We specialise in archery, that's where we started, but we also have a few knights and squires that perform with us, and both the displays and the mini fights are very realistic. Archery has the thump of wooden arrows propelled by the mighty longbow in the hands of the skilled bowmen. Check out our record breaker!

 

 

The ladies show their archery skills and enhance the scene with their costumes. Junior members of the family are not forgotten with dressing up, a bit of weapons training, and of course the skills of archery.
